To ensure that your ABG membership is noted on the Graduation
Brochure, your Diploma, and your transcript please complete the
form below one month prior to your completion date.
Note--Failure to notify the faculty advisor of
completion of your degree may result in the omission of your name in the
Graduation Brochure and delay having the seal affixed to your
Diploma and the notation on your transcript. Please take
the time to complete the form below to ensure a timely process.
Southwest only holds one commencement ceremony at the end of
the Spring semester of each year.
